Your all-inclusive package begins once you land in Costa Rica.

Deposits, payments & refunds
50% deposit is required of the value of the package. The deposits are due within 10 days after you make your reservation. The entire balance of the trip is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Deposits are refundable up to 90 days prior to your arrival less a $200.00 administration fee. Other payments are refundable 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date less your deposit and $200.00 administration fee. After 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, no refunds will be made. This includes no-shows. We strongly recommend travel insurance: From a well known carrier.
Responsibility
The Las Islas Lodge, and its employees and agents, assume no liability for the service of any transport conveyance, which may be used in providing service to the guest. Neither will The Las Islas Lodge be responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by accidents or other events, including acts of god or weather conditions, or by any action or negligence of attendants of third parties or any act, error or omission, injury loss or accident, delay or irregularity which may occur for any reason, including neglect of default of any individual or company engaged in providing service to guest. If advisable or necessary for any reason, The Las Islas Lodge, its employees or agent may alter the itinerary or arrangements of a guest at additional expense, if any shall be born by the guest, and a refund will be made to the guest if savings result.
